Voyeger 1 losses connetion

Launched in 1977 to study Jupiter and Saturn, Voyager 1 has been exploring interstellar space — the space between star systems — since 2012. In The Month of december 2023 voyager 1 lost connection from nasa’s DSN aka deep space network witch connects to any satellite not within earths atmosphere. Thats where it got the name Deep Space Network. Voyager 1 is now 15 million miles away and it is hard to basically reboot a satellite 15 miles away. Flight controllers traced the blank communication to a bad computer chip and rearranged the spacecraft’s coding to work around the trouble. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California declared success after receiving good engineering updates late last week. The team is still working to restore transmission of the science data for research. Contact was never lost, rather it was like making a phone call where you can’t hear the person on the other end. Lucky Its twin, Voyager 2, is 12.6 billion miles (20 billion kilometers) away and still working fine. But surprisingly Voyager 1 is not showing on Nasa’s DSN after i looked. It seems Nasa is having problems with the Decades old spacecraft is showing sings of stopping, witch is unfortunate because Voyager 1 will soon reach the ort cloud (a cloud of dust and other debri that has built up) and nasa has never actually gotten a picture of it. In the end it seems like this is all being figured out. I really do hope to see the day Voyager reaches the ort cloud.
